Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
