Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about powering your next outdoor adventure.
Do I need a special license to ride an electric bike?
In most regions, Class 1 and Class 2 ebikes do not require a special license or registration, as they are treated like traditional bicycles. However, we recommend checking your local state or municipal regulations regarding Class 3 ebikes and trail access.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery range typically varies between 25 to 60 miles depending on the model, terrain, rider weight, and level of pedal assist used. Higher-capacity batteries are available for long-distance trekking.
How are the bikes shipped and is assembly required?
Our ebikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty protective boxes. You will typically only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the odometer must show fewer than 10 miles.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with specialized providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans at checkout, allowing you to ride now and pay over time.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every ebike from our shop comes with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against technical defects.
